Application:
It is used for the pilot equipment of new drug research and development and also for the extraction and concentration of valuable medicinal herbs and the small-scale production of general medicinal herbs. It is particularly suitable for the R&D departments of universities and colleges, R&D institutes and pharmaceuticals companies as well as the preparation rooms in hospitals.
Technical features:
1. This set consists of several unit operations, so it can meet the requirements for various technologies, e.g. extraction and concentration in batches of different kinds of materials by using water or any other organic solvent as the medium, extraction and concentration of thermal reflux, extraction and concentration of essential oils, ethanol precipitation, water precipitation and recovery of organic solvents.
2. The evaporation chamber of this set is equipped with our patent--medicine extracting device, with the ratio of extract of 1.4 (thermal testing).
Structure:
This set is composed of extracting tank, settling tank, single-effect evaporator, condenser, oil-water separator, pump valve pipe and electric control cabinet and is subject to overall assembly by using a stainless steel support. It is characterized by compact layout, reasonable structure, easy operation and complete functions.
