This equipment is applied to the concentration of liquid materials in traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, food and chemical industries, with an optimal specific gravity of concentrated extract of about 1.2.

This equipment is composed of single-effect heater, single-effect evaporation chamber, double-effect heater, double-effect evaporation chamber, vapor-liquid separator, condenser, liquid trapping tank and valve fittings in the unit.

Principles and features:
1. This equipment adopts a manner of combined natural circulation with external heating and vacuum negative pressure evaporation, where heated material and evaporated material are continuously substituted, which is featured by even heating and fast evaporation velocity.
2. The entire process is completed in an airtight state; the heating and evaporation chambers can be provided with online cleaning as well as online temperature and vacuum degree display; the inside and outside of the equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel and subject to a mirror polishing treatment, which meet the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
3. The all-glass manhole design makes it possible to clearly observe the concentration of internal material.
4. The vapor-liquid separator can adequately reduce the loss of effective components caused by vapor-liquid entrainment.
5. Continuous feed, discharge of condensed solvent and sampling can be performed in vacuum state.
6. According to the Client's situation, the condenser can be made of sheets to further improve the cooling effect of condensation.
